Wayne and Rebecca, with their four children: Joelle, Timothy, Luke, and Peter, moved to Soldotna in February 2021. Wayne initially served as Pastor of Adult Ministries and Counseling before becoming Senior Pastor in October 2022. The Lord drew Wayne to faith in his childhood, and by the time he finished high school, he believed God was calling him to pastoral ministry. He began teaching and preaching in the late 1990’s, and moved from South Africa to Los Angeles to study at the Master’s Seminary in 2000. After graduating in 2006 he continued to be actively involved in Bible teaching at Grace Community Church, while studying Biblical counseling, and working at Grace to You.
